The Team

 

Travis Kasper, Esq, Exec. Managing Partner, Board of Director

Mr. Kasper is a seasoned legal, business, and financial executive holding many titles of companies, both public and private. He is also currently the CEO of Periodic Holdings, Inc., an AI software company. Prior to his business executive positions, he founded and ran his own law firm, advising clients on all things financial, tax, M&A, and corporate structuring. He blends the highly technical and the innovative together to bring more sophisticated and complex business plans and technology to the world.

Mr. Kasper earned a B.F.A. in Film Production from Chapman University, a J.D. from Loyola Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. 

 

Kenneth Manubay, Managing Partner, Board of Director

Kenneth is a visionary entrepreneur in the tecnolology, mobile sector, having created successful businesses including his recent venture company, Picking Duck, an aggregate of sports database and betting software and mobile app that combines the thrill of age old sports betting with the benefits of AI-driven daily fantasy sports. He has sold millions of dollars worth hardware and software solutions to enterprise clients such as Apple Inc. He brings strong technological expertise and entrepreneurial acumen to the team.

Eduardo Manubay, Senior Advisor, Board of Director

Mr. Ed Manubay built and operated his biotech company, Southern Cats, in Ontario, CA. He grew the business to $10M annual revenue and was acquired by ADAC Laboratories, a leader in nuclear imaging, (formerly NASDAQ: ADAC valued at $500M) in 1997; eventually acquired by Philips Medical (NYSE: PHG).
Ed is a Vietnam veteran, having served 6 years in the US Air Force. He continues to stay involved and provides invaluable insights on corporate strategies and investment opportunities.
